SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Puppiez endeavours to get your order to you as soon as possible.

The delivery date of your order depends on multiple factors, such as item availability, when the order leaves our warehouse, the shipping method chosen, the destination address for the item, and further.

ORDER PROCESSING

Your order is usually processed in-house within 24 hours of receipt.

ORDER DISPATCH

All items must have been paid for in full and the payment must have cleared before we will arrange shipment to you. After payment has cleared, items in stock will usually be dispatched within 48 hours. Our aim is to dispatch your items within 2-3 Business Days of receiving your online order.

EXCEPTIONS

In some circumstances, the dispatch and delivery of your goods may take longer. These circumstances include, but are not limited to:

  • Big & Bulky items
  • Items on special order
  • Goods made to order
  • Pre-ordered articles
  • Collective dispatch
  • Split-up orders
  • Wares out of stock
  • Contrary preference
  • Shipping exemptions
  • Dropshipped items

Specifics: Big & Bulky items are products that attract freight costs; Special order items refer to products that we do not stock at present and that we source for you at your request; goods made to order are articles that - due to high customization or low volumes - are produced only on order at the manufacturer's; pre-ordered articles are items that are made available for order in advance to the manufacturer's general public release date; the collective dispatch relates to an order of multiple items with varying delivery times for which a one-off delivery is chosen; split-up orders are orders that require multiple deliveries due to the quantity or size of the goods being large involving separate packaging of the goods; a contrary preference refers to a preference of yours in delivery time or method, requested by you, and agreed to by Puppiez; Where postcode exemptions apply due to the location not being serviceable by our service partners or the cost for shipping to such areas might be deemed unreasonable.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

Puppiez does not display warehouse-related stock levels on our website for dedicated items. Therefore, the item of your choice may be in or out of stock at the time of your order placement. This may lead to extended delivery times as set out further down.

DISPATCH NOTIFICATION

Upon dispatch of your items, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. The dispatch notification will contain an estimated delivery date for your items. The estimated delivery date is a calculation of several factors, including item availability, the processing time in our warehouse, the shipping method selected, and the shipping destination. Please note that the estimated delivery dates are indicative only, and are not guaranteed.

DELIVERY METHOD

Puppiez uses delivery agents to deliver your goods. You agree to your details including your delivery address to be supplied to the delivery agent for the purpose of delivering your goods.

DELIVERY FEES

We will charge you shipping costs. The amount of these costs depends upon the type, size, and weight of the products ordered, their destination, and other factors. Unless stated otherwise on the website, for example, where a 'Free Shipping' offer applies, the following delivery fees apply:

  • Standard delivery fee: $ 7.95 per order
  • Express delivery fee: $ 12.95 per order
  • Special delivery fees for certain goods

Special delivery fees apply in accordance to absolute item weights and/or size (for example gift cards or big & bulky goods); where alternate delivery fees apply as indicated on the website (for example pet ID tags); or where an alternative arrangement in delivery time or method has been agreed upon between you and Puppiez.

There may be an increase in the delivery fee payable by you in relation to an order, if:

  • Your order attracts a standard delivery fee and a special delivery fee;
  • Your order is split and requires multiple deliveries; or
  • The delivery of your order otherwise incurs additional charges.

We will notify you of any change to the delivery fee for your order, and if you do not wish to continue with your order, you may cancel your order. We will refund any money paid to us in respect of your order and make reasonable efforts to process a refund of any money paid to us within five (5) business days. The receipt of your refund will furthermore depend on the period of time it takes your financial institution to finalise the refund. Puppiez is not liable with respect to any loss you or any third party might suffer as a result of any delay in processing your refund.

FREE SHIPPING

Where the website provides for 'Free Shipping', the delivery fees mentioned above will not apply to your order for the specified period of 'Free Shipping'. A 'Free Shipping' offer does not apply to purchases of pet ID tags, gift cards, and some big and bulky goods (as indicated on the website), some orders that attract a standard delivery fee and a special delivery fee, some split orders, and replaced goods under the returns policy. Where no end date to the 'Free Shipping' period is specified on the website, we may change the offer at any time without prior notification to you. However, all orders processed during a free shipping offer period will be processed in accordance with the offer.

DELIVERY TIMES

Puppiez aims to achieve the delivery time frames set out below.

  • Standard fee and special delivery fee goods
    (excluding big & bulky goods and if otherwise agreed):
  • Most capital cities and metropolitan areas: 3-5 business days;
  • Most interstate locations: 7-10 business days; and
  • Most rural areas: 7-10 business days.
  • Big & bulky goods: 7-14 business days, on a date agreed by you and Puppiez.

All delivery times are subject to stock availability and are indicative only.

Please note: Should the article of your choice not be available for delivery at our warehouse, the period indicated may be extended. The delivery times for your products may in this case be influenced further through stock availabilities and production approaches on the part of the supplier (e.g. goods made to order). Wares made to order and can take up to 12 weeks to arrive to us, should the supplier not have stock on hand for this item; Puppiez cannot guarantee that split-up orders will be delivered on the same day.

The delivery times set out above are subject to multiple factors, such as stock availability, the absolute item weights and/or size, the delivery method chosen, and further circumstances beyond the control of Puppiez. You acknowledge and agree that notwithstanding anything else in this clause:

Puppiez cannot guarantee that delivery will occur in the delivery time frames specified;

Delivery time frames may change from time to time due to unforeseen circumstances; and

Puppiez is not liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost, expense, or injury you or any third party suffers as a result of a change in delivery times or a delay in delivery.

Puppiez will notify you in case we are aware that there will be a delay in the delivery of your goods.

INSURANCE

The above prices are all exclusive of any insurance. Puppiez is not liable for any damages that originated in the course of the delivery of the items purchased. We recommend you obtain suitable transit insurance for the delivery of your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Puppiez is happy to ship to international destinations worldwide, where possible. You will be charged the applicable shipping costs. For international deliveries, we work with service agents. Please contact us for individual pricing and delivery information relating to your destination. Also please take note of all further provisions for international purchases referred to in the terms and conditions section of this website.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays within Australia.

CHANGE OF CONDITIONS

In some situations, shipping and delivery arrangements may need to be changed. Puppiez reserves the right to change a shipping and delivery method without prior notice and reserves the right to charge you with the full shipping costs.
